The role serves as an Owner’s Representative, manages contractors and consultants, oversees safety, quality, schedule, cost, and risk performance, advises major transit agencies and public-sector clients, and leads construction managers and field teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, 20+ years of relevant experience, and $500M+ in delivered projects; a Professional Engineer credential and $1B+ in delivered projects are preferred.
