Hill International is hiring a Senior Program Construction Manager - Rail & Transit to lead construction management and field delivery for large-scale rail, transit, and multimodal infrastructure programs. The role serves as an Owner’s Representative, manages contractors and consultants, oversees safety, quality, schedule, cost, and risk performance, advises major transit agencies and public-sector clients, and leads construction managers and field teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, 20+ years of relevant experience, and $500M+ project or program delivery experience; a Professional Engineer credential and $1B+ delivery experience are preferred. The position is available in Pennsylvania, Washington, DC, New Jersey, or Florida.
