Description
The Senior Program Consultant partners with clients and suppliers to manage the end-to-end contingent workforce requisition lifecycle across multiple geographies and functional areas. The role provides consultative guidance on talent acquisition, job scoping, market intelligence, supplier engagement, compliance, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding; uses VMS technology to optimize requisition outcomes; mentors Program Consultants and Engagement Coordinators; and collaborates on process improvements. The position requires attendance at the Warwick office one to two days per week and may require travel.
