Description
Voyager Technologies is hiring a Senior Program Controls Analyst to support program planning, cost and schedule integration, earned value management, performance reporting, forecasting, and proposal development for DoD, NASA, and commercial aerospace and defense programs. The role also supports the transition to ForProject and Empower and collaborates with finance, program management, engineering, contracts, procurement, and customer stakeholders. It is based in San Diego or Long Beach, California, and requires at least five years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong EVM and analytical skills. The base salary range is $95,000–$135,000 USD, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and wellness benefits.
