Rutgers University–Camden is hiring a full-time Senior Program Coordinator to support the development, implementation, evaluation, and long-term institutionalization of NSF-funded STEM graduate training programs at the Center for Computational and Integrative Biology. The role collaborates with faculty, trainees, institutional partners, and external stakeholders to improve graduate education, interdisciplinary collaboration, workforce readiness, mentorship, scientific software development, and STEM education. The position also supports dissemination of program outcomes, participation in NSF-sponsored meetings and conferences, and the design of educational frameworks and trainee support mechanisms. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience plus two years of experience; a STEM PhD and relevant NSF, software, documentation, and interdisciplinary research experience are preferred. The position offers a starting salary of $68,278.48, with a maximum of $100,509.48, and may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement.
