Description
The Sr. Program Coordinator manages and supports the BOEC Adaptive Ski and Snowboard Program across Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, and Arapahoe Basin. The role oversees adaptive equipment maintenance and readiness, supervises instructors, interns, and volunteers, supports on-hill adaptive lessons and special events, coordinates training and mentorship, and maintains Salesforce records. It is a seasonal full-time position based primarily in the Breckenridge office with occasional Keystone work, requiring adaptive skiing expertise, equipment maintenance, staff supervision, and physical mountain work. The monthly salary is $3,750–$4,580 DOE, with benefits including paid time off, professional development, an equipment stipend, a pro-purchase program, and an employee ski pass.
