Vailexa is hiring a Senior Program Delivery Manager – Strategic Supplier Program to partner with the Program Director and PMO on the delivery roadmap for a large-scale supplier program. The role co-leads engagement with senior leadership and external partners, manages enterprise risks and cross-functional dependencies, establishes governance frameworks, monitors program health and performance metrics, guides the program ecosystem, builds stakeholder consensus, and delivers strategic recommendations. Candidates need at least 10 years of senior program management or delivery leadership experience, a record managing complex transformation programs, expertise in executive stakeholder and external supplier engagement, strong analytical and cross-functional leadership abilities, and W2 eligibility.
