WSP is hiring a Senior Program Director for its Power & Energy Program Management Office, primarily in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with additional consideration for several other south-central United States cities. The role leads large-scale, complex Extra High Voltage transmission and distribution programs, oversees project budgets, forecasts, margins, KPIs, risks, quality, safety, contractual obligations, client relationships, and portfolio governance, and provides strategic leadership to multidisciplinary teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related major or equivalent experience, at least 15 years of relevant post-education project or program management experience, and strong project controls, client-service, and stakeholder-management capabilities. The position requires regular travel and offers an expected salary of $168,900 to $323,900 across the listed locations.
