The Senior Program Engineer acts as a bridge between the customer and Cooper Standard, focusing on designing and maintaining vehicle component designs to align with customer specifications regarding functionality, timing, and costs. This role involves leading all engineering aspects of various programs, including design reviews, prototyping, and testing. The engineer is also responsible for managing program teams, conducting supplier technical reviews, and overseeing manufacturing plant operations.
