CAE is hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale, complex, and multi-disciplinary programs from initiation through completion. The role owns program scope, budgets, timelines, risks, reporting, stakeholder engagement, vendor management, governance, compliance, and continuous improvement, while developing project teams and supporting strategic initiatives. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, 15–20 years of complex program or project leadership experience, customer-facing or high-visibility initiative experience, PMP certification or equivalent, senior-stakeholder management ability, and aviation or highly regulated-environment experience.
