Shield AI is hiring a Senior Program Finance Analyst to support financial execution, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, EAC development, reporting, and risk and opportunity management across defense programs. The role partners with Program Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business Development, and Finance teams; maintains financial models and dashboards; supports month-end and quarter-end close; and helps improve financial reporting processes. It is a hands-on individual contributor role requiring a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of relevant experience, advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, US GAAP knowledge, and familiarity with Power BI and data visualization tools.
