CACI is hiring a Senior Program Finance Manager-OCONUS to support the Department of Defense in Stuttgart, Germany. The role manages program financial operations, including cost and funding reviews, labor charging, forecasting, internal reporting, invoice processing, travel and purchasing controls, EAC monitoring, and financial performance analysis. The manager will also mentor finance personnel and support program planning and decision-making. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, at least 10 years of Federal Program Finance experience, and an active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. The proposed salary range is $105,100 to $231,100 USD, with up to 10% travel to the Continental United States.
