MTSI is hiring a Senior Program Integrator to lead multi-discipline teams in planning, coordinating, and executing modeling, simulation, and analysis of complex kill-chains and webs for U.S. Department of War missile defense programs. The role serves as the primary stakeholder contact, develops threat scenarios, evaluates emerging technologies, prepares briefings, ensures compliance with security and quality requirements, and mentors junior staff. Candidates must be U.S. citizens, hold a Top Secret/SCI clearance, have a relevant bachelor’s degree, and possess 20+ years of military experience in targeting, operational command and control, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, collection management, or battle management, along with extensive time-sensitive targeting expertise and defense customer relationship experience.
