Description
The Senior Program Leader directs and coordinates seasonal direct-care staff, assists with camp programming and events, supervises group leaders, supports camp operations, recruits and trains staff, resolves youth and staff conflicts, and maintains compliance with Youth Ranches, ACA, COA, and state standards. The role is full-time, requires an AA degree in education or human services or a high school degree with three years of camping experience, and pays $37,440 annually with housing, retirement, leave, insurance, and other benefits.
