Description
The YMCA Loudoun is hiring a part-time Senior Program Leader for its Pre-K/Kindergarten program at Sterling Elementary in Sterling, Virginia. The role leads and supervises activities, designs developmentally appropriate lessons, mentors Group Leaders, communicates with families and site leadership, monitors safety and behavior, and builds trusting relationships with children. It requires at least two years of experience with children ages 3–6 in a licensed or educational setting, a high school diploma or GED, strong classroom management and communication skills, and CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it. The schedule is Monday through Friday with before and after care during the school year, with compensation of $17.00 per hour.
