BGC Okanagan is hiring a temporary, part-time Senior Program Leader for an after-school program at Shannon Lake Elementary in West Kelowna, British Columbia. The role oversees program operations, supervises and mentors staff, supports children and families, manages behavior, participates in recruitment, and maintains records. It requires a relevant diploma or coursework, one year of recent experience with children or youth, First Aid and Food Safe certificates, a Class 4 driver’s licence or willingness to obtain one, and successful agency screening. The position pays $23.98 per hour for 30 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., with the term from September 2026 to June 2027 and possible additional hours during school breaks.
