Northrop Grumman is hiring a Sr. Director, Program Management – Division Program Execution Lead in San Diego, California, to drive on-contract performance, lead program recovery and intervention efforts, strengthen the division’s program management bench, and improve program predictability and discipline. The role requires significant DoD or intelligence community program management experience, program recovery experience, team leadership experience, U.S. citizenship, and current or active DoD SECRET clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI. The primary salary range is $266,300 to $399,500, with potential overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus, and long-term incentives.
