NCDMM is hiring a full-time Senior Program Manager in a hybrid role in Huntsville, Alabama. The position leads customer project programs, manages project teams and reporting, coordinates with customers and Department of Defense representatives, develops statements of work and timelines, and seeks new program opportunities. The role requires a master’s degree in engineering or a comparable degree with 10 years of experience, or a bachelor’s degree with 15 years of experience, along with manufacturing and machining experience, program management experience, and Department of Defense experience.
