The position leads customer project programs, manages project teams and operational workflows, oversees project delivery, reporting, customer communications, and strategic planning, and seeks to generate additional business. Candidates need a master’s degree in engineering with relevant manufacturing or mechanical engineering emphasis and 10 years of experience, or a bachelor’s degree in a related field with 15 years of experience, along with manufacturing, defense, leadership, communication, and organizational experience.
