Applied Research Associates, Inc. is hiring a Program Manager to serve as the procurement interface for multiple programs and support technical and administrative program management. The role oversees supplier performance, contract requirements, proposals, cost and schedule reporting, risk management, and briefings for internal and external customers. Candidates need strong communication, Microsoft Office, contract, and program management experience; a bachelor’s degree, at least eight years of relevant procurement or subcontract management experience, and a U.S. government security clearance are preferred or required.
