The position leads customer project programs, manages project teams and reporting, coordinates with customers and Department of Defense representatives, develops statements of work and timelines, and seeks new program opportunities. Candidates need a master’s degree in engineering with manufacturing or mechanical engineering emphasis and 10 years of experience, or a bachelor’s degree in a related field with 15 years of experience, along with manufacturing, machining, project management, and defense experience.
