AAR is hiring a Senior Program Manager to oversee aircraft modification programs from planning through delivery, managing schedules, budgets, engineering status, certification, suppliers, kit development, risks, customer requirements, and cross-functional stakeholders. The role requires an engineering or equivalent technical background, at least seven years of relevant engineering, program management, and certification experience with complex FAA/EASA STC projects, strong project management and communication skills, and occasional domestic and international travel.
