Description

Amazon is hiring a Senior Program Manager to own the operational strategy and program management for its Worldwide Ergonomics and Safety Experience (WESE) portfolio across hundreds of fulfillment sites. The role defines multi-year roadmaps, leads a team of Program Managers, manages capital and financial performance, coordinates cross-functional delivery, and presents quantitative results to senior leadership. Candidates need extensive program and project management, cross-functional delivery, team leadership, financial analysis, executive communication, and capital-planning experience, along with a bachelor's degree.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree
Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of program or project management experience
7+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience
7+ years of cross-functional work with technology and non-technology teams
7+ years of team management experience
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
