Description
Amazon Japan is hiring a Senior Program Manager for its External Fulfillment (EF) Planning Team within the Operations Division. The role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of new EF logistics centers, from vendor selection and contract negotiation through operational go-live, and then manages business performance, P&L, quality reviews, cost optimization, and operational KPIs. It also involves proposing and implementing logistics network solutions and participating in network capacity planning. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, at least five years of program or project management experience, intermediate Excel, intermediate Japanese, and business-level English reading and writing skills.
