Description
Amazon is hiring a Senior Program Manager for its Customer Delivery Excellence team to lead transportation cost and defect-reduction programs across North America. The role analyzes transportation cost drivers, develops carrier volume plans, tracks DEA, cost, and speed metrics, identifies root causes of defects, and coordinates with carriers, planning teams, finance, technology, and other stakeholders. Candidates need at least five years of program or project management experience, experience using data and metrics to drive improvements, experience owning program strategy and communicating results to senior leadership, and a bachelor's degree. The position is based in Irving, Texas; Arlington, Virginia; or Bellevue, Washington, with a base salary of $115,400 to $160,000 annually.
