Description
Amazon is hiring a Senior Program Manager for its Sales Abuse Prevention team to build and improve systems that detect and eliminate fake reviews and abusive brand-building. The role owns proactive abuse prevention, reactive mitigation, and discovery of emerging abuse; leads ambiguous, cross-functional programs; develops roadmaps; and partners with engineering, data science, legal, product, design, and other teams. Candidates need at least five years of program or project management experience, experience using data and metrics to drive improvements, experience owning program strategy and communicating results to senior leadership, and a bachelor's degree. The position is based in Seattle, Washington, with a base salary of $115,600 to $160,000 annually.
