Amazon is hiring a Senior Program Manager for its FinOps Program Management Office in the LATAM region. Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 6+ years of program or project management experience
Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience working cross-functionally with technology and non-technology teams
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Demonstrated active use of AI tools across the program delivery lifecycle
Preferred Qualifications: 6+ years of process improvement experience
Experience designing and embedding AI-augmented workflows into program delivery
Bachelor's degree or MBA in supply chain, business, engineering, finance, or a related technical or quantitative field
Project Management Professional certification or equivalent
Experience managing programs in finance operations, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, or payroll domains
Track record of creating reusable mechanisms and frameworks adopted beyond a single program
