Description
Amazon's Global Road Safety organization is hiring a Senior Program Manager to build and lead a global incident management system and the data it produces. The role owns the full incident lifecycle, develops reporting and investigation programs, enriches records with internal and external data, establishes data governance, applies AI and automation, defines metrics, and partners with safety, operations, legal, data science, and engineering teams. The position requires at least five years of program or project management experience, a bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work across multiple geographies and influence senior leadership.
