Amazon’s Worldwide Returns and ReCommerce team is hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead Far East Returns through large and medium-scale projects and programs. The role develops and implements scalable returns partnerships and transportation networks, negotiates commercial and legal terms, manages retail and transportation partners, integrates technology, and owns operational excellence and business performance. Candidates need at least five years of program or project management experience, experience with data and metrics, cross-functional technology and business collaboration, and commercial and legal negotiation experience; reverse logistics, transportation, retail, SQL, and an MBA or master’s degree are preferred.
