Amazon is hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead the Storewalk+ service offering within Retail Business Services. The role owns the program vision, planning, forecasting, operational contributions, service execution, business-use-case requirements, data-analysis processes, model development and validation, risk mitigation, and leadership communications. It requires at least five years of cross-functional technology and non-technology experience, five years of program or project management experience, and five years of cross-functional project delivery experience, with process-improvement and a relevant master's degree or MBA preferred.
