Description
The Senior Program Manager will lead end-to-end execution of people initiatives for AWS Support’s People eXperience Team, using data and AI to improve employee lifecycle processes. The role owns talent management and development, program planning and operational cadences, cross-functional delivery across geographically distributed teams, and the communication of results to senior leadership. It requires at least five years of program or project management experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, analytical and communication skills, and cross-functional experience. The position is based in Seattle, Washington, with a base salary of $125,800 to $170,200 annually.
