The role partners with HR Business Partners and senior leaders, builds scalable mechanisms, defines program metrics, and drives continuous improvement. Candidates need at least five years of program or project management experience, data and metrics expertise, and experience owning program strategy and delivery; the position is based in Seattle, Washington, with a base salary of $115,600 to $160,000 annually.
