Description
Amazon is hiring a Senior Program Manager to serve as the end-to-end program management layer for its Leo Inventory & Fulfillment Technology (LIFT) organization. The role will track cross-functional programs across forward, reverse, inventory, product, devices, and partner domains; establish launch readiness governance; identify and mitigate risks; own executive reporting and weekly business reviews; and manage adoption of operational changes. The position requires at least seven years of program or project management experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and experience with data-driven improvement, cross-functional delivery, and senior leadership communication. The role is based in Bellevue, Washington, with a base salary of $115,600 to $160,000 annually.
