Description
Amazon Transportation Services is hiring a Senior Program Manager to own strategic, cross-functional programs that develop and scale AI-powered automation for Relay Operations Center global operations. The role covers identifying high-friction workflows, prototyping LLM-based and low-code/no-code solutions, validating them against operational use cases, partnering with engineering and other stakeholders, standardizing technology, managing program risks and KPIs, and driving adoption of Work Item Management Systems. The position requires at least five years of program or project management experience, experience with program strategy and senior leadership communication, and experience using data and metrics to drive improvements. It is based in Tempe, Arizona, or Atlanta, Georgia, with a base salary of $115,600 to $160,000 annually.
