Amazon is hiring a Senior Program Manager for its Trust Sensitive Content team to lead responsible AI programs that protect customers from harmful content using generative AI and guardrails. The role combines strategic roadmap development, cross-functional program delivery, risk and dependency management, metrics and data-driven decision-making, stakeholder influence, and the creation of scalable operating mechanisms. Candidates need at least five years of cross-functional technology and non-technology experience, five years of program or project management experience, and experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to improve outcomes; process-improvement experience and a relevant master's degree or MBA are preferred.
