The role defines problems and strategies, builds stakeholder relationships, aligns cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, regulatory, legal, business development, and external partners, represents the company in forums and new business engagements, and develops transition plans for mature programs. The position requires at least six years of program, project, or product management or related experience, five years of data analysis experience, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field; it is based in Bellevue, Washington, with a base salary of 147,900 to 200,100 USD annually.
