AECOM is hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead a multi-year, multi-project capital improvement program exceeding $2 billion for a municipal or regional water or wastewater utility. The role will establish and lead a Program Management Office, oversee program controls and risk, guide procurement and delivery models, manage regulatory compliance, and lead design, construction, commissioning, and operational handover across water infrastructure portfolios. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field plus 10 years of related experience, at least four years of leadership experience, U.S. citizenship, and no visa sponsorship or relocation.
