The role translates strategic priorities into coordinated operational execution, supports governance, dashboards, leadership communications, functional transformation, organizational change, and operational excellence initiatives, and coordinates cross-functional deliverables and risks. Candidates need a doctorate with two years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience combinations, with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare experience preferred.
