AnaVation is hiring a Senior Program Manager to support a customer’s multi-agency, 24x7x365 cybersecurity event monitoring and intermediate cyber threat analysis operations. The role provides direct engagement with government clients, oversees a team of managers, supports technical leads and recruiting, manages contracts and financial reporting, and delivers strategic and technical guidance on integrated defense of the Intelligence Community information environment. The position requires Top Secret SCI and Counterintelligence polygraph clearance, a bachelor’s degree, PMP certification, and 10–12 years of relevant management, project management, or customer-facing leadership experience, and is 100% on-site in Reston, Virginia.
