Areté is hiring a Senior Program Manager to provide technical, programmatic, and managerial support for the Maritime Airborne Systems Sector. The role bridges design engineering, production, and management; oversees program execution, scheduling, risk mitigation, manpower planning, proposals, and technical briefings; and requires DoD acquisition, engineering, and program-management experience. It is an exempt, part-time, non-supervisory position based in the Healdsburg, California office or remotely, with travel to Healdsburg once every six weeks and a 9/80 schedule. The salary range is $178,000 to $222,000, and U.S. citizenship, a criminal background screen, and eligibility for classified information are required.
