Areté is hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead a portfolio of advanced solid-state laser and lidar/ladar development programs for defense and security applications. The role oversees program managers, manages customer relationships and FAR/DFAR compliance, leads proposals and negotiations, and guides technology execution. Candidates need 20+ years of defense or advanced electro-optics experience, leadership in solid-state laser development, portfolio management experience, customer communication skills, and an advanced degree in a relevant engineering or physics field. The salary range is $180,000 to $245,000 per year, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
