Description
The Senior Program Manager will lead program execution, financial management, contract compliance, risk management, reporting, and customer engagement for a major NSWC Crane contract supporting the MXM Division. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages budgets and schedules, briefs senior government leadership, mentors junior staff, and ensures adherence to DoD policies, security standards, and quality assurance processes. A bachelor’s degree, at least seven years of DoD program or project management experience, strong acquisition knowledge, and an active DoD Secret clearance are required.
