Description
CACI is hiring a full-time Senior Program Manager for its Space Line of Business, Optical & Photonic Systems team. The role leads large photonics development and production programs, including high-speed electro-optics, fiber optics, and high-power lasers; manages program decisions, schedules, budgets, risks, and profit and loss; serves as a primary interface with technical customers; and supports design-for-manufacturing and transitions to high-volume production. The position requires at least seven years of program management or technical leadership experience, experience with electronics or optical systems, DoD or similar government program experience, EVMS management, and programs exceeding $25 million in contract value. An active TS clearance is required, while TS/SCI is highly desired. The proposed salary range is $131,800 to $290,000, with up to 10% travel to the Continental United States.
