Capco is hiring a Senior Program Manager for its Banking & Payments Practice to lead a complex Insider Risk Controls Program for a financial services client. The role manages medium-sized projects and workstreams, coordinates regulatory, security, fraud, AML, and risk initiatives, oversees governance and stakeholder engagement, tracks project financials, and supports delivery through Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. Candidates should have experience leading large-scale regulatory, risk, security, or transformation programs in banking or financial services, with knowledge of cybersecurity, fraud, AML, compliance, operational risk, or governance initiatives. The position offers a base salary of $118,000–$153,000 CAD and may include an annual discretionary or variable bonus.
