Description
CesiumAstro is hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead program performance and day-to-day execution for large customer subsystems or small-to-medium payloads. The role manages multiple customers and projects, coordinates requirements and subcontractors, oversees cost, schedule, technical performance, risk, and program baselines, and serves as the primary customer and internal program leader. The position also supports process improvement, program staff hiring and mentorship, and may involve NRE development and Return-To-Green programs. Candidates need at least 12 years of program or subcontract management experience, a relevant engineering degree, aerospace systems or design engineering experience, and familiarity with RF, communication, or satellite systems.
