Description
CesiumAstro is hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead program performance and day-to-day execution for large customer subsystems or small-to-medium payloads. The role manages multiple customers, coordinates requirements and subcontractors, oversees cost, schedule, technical performance, risk, and program baselines, and serves as the primary customer and internal program leader. It also supports process improvement, hiring, and mentorship of program engineers. The position requires 12–15 years of program or subcontract management experience, an engineering degree, aerospace system or design engineering experience, and familiarity with RF, communication, or satellite systems.
