Description
Citadel CPM is hiring a senior Program Manager to lead complex construction projects, resolve disputes, oversee construction managers and multidisciplinary teams, manage procurement, contracts, schedules, costs, payments, and risk, and coordinate with owners and design-build partners. The role requires at least 15 years of project or construction management experience, including experience with large Progressive Design-Build programs and public works or large commercial construction, along with a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
