Description
The Senior Program Manager will provide senior-level technical program management for cross-functional technology initiatives supporting enterprise sales services and sales operations. The role owns roadmaps, project and operational milestones, request intake, scope, resources, estimates, risk, release management, issue tracking, dashboards, stakeholder communication, and team mentoring. It requires seven years of technical leadership and program management experience, four years of people management or direct mentorship, three years of hands-on Agile experience, and expertise in Microsoft Power Point, Excel, and Project, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent and strong stakeholder and executive presentation skills.
