Dev.Pro is hiring a Senior Program Manager in Latin America for a remote-first, highly technical environment. The individual contributor will lead complex cross-functional software initiatives across engineering, architecture, product, and external stakeholder teams; manage dependencies, risks, escalations, and blockers; communicate status and decisions; support production releases; and improve delivery processes. The role requires 7+ years of software development project or program management experience, enterprise software and multi-team delivery experience, knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SDLC, software architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, integrations, and CI/CD, plus strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and influencing skills.
