Description
Form Energy is hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead program management for the development of its Iron-Air battery products. The role drives electrode programs from prototyping through mass production, manages design-release schedules and supplier procurement, coordinates with engineering, factory, supply chain, and other program-management teams, and tracks technical and program risks. Candidates need at least five years of engineering or technical program management experience, a bachelor’s degree in a technical field, hardware R&D experience, and experience with contract manufacturers or suppliers of high-volume custom components. The position is onsite and includes medical, dental, and vision coverage for full-time employees.
